SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Fedex or UPS ground unless an express service is selected. ** Please note that all online orders are guaranteed to ship out within the 1-2 business day from when the order is placed and all delivery times will be based on this. You will receive an email with your tracking a soon as it is available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Altaire wants our customers to be happy with the quality, fit and overall experience of purchasing product with us through shopaltaire.com If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 10 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping charges. If the reason for your return is that you are claiming the item you received was already in a damaged condition you must notify us within ten days of receipt. No refund or exchange will be processed without the return form fully completed and included in the return package. To receive the form, please email us at info@shopaltaire.com. All refunds will be issued to the same credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.

SALES OR DISCOUNT PURCHASES:

Only exchanges are allowed for any items purchased on SALE or using a discount code, customers will also be responsible for the shipping back of the sale or discounted items for exchange.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Altaire ships via FEDEX to most countries outside of the United States. International Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout. All customers are responsible for the cost of international shipping/handling + duties. ** Please note that all INTL orders may be subject to duties and taxes which are not included in the total amount charged by Altaire at check-out.
